Refund policy

30-day returns

Absolute Chemical & Equipment accepts returns of unused parts, equipment, chemicals, and sealer within 30 days. For purchases made in a shop, the 30-day period starts on the purchase date. For shipped orders, it starts on the delivery date.

Custom orders

Custom orders are not eligible for returns under this policy.

In-person returns only

Returns must be brought to an Absolute Chemical shop in person. We do not accept returns by mail.

Fees and refunds

There are no return or restocking fees. We issue your refund immediately after accepting an eligible in-person return.
